Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, certificates, tags, invoices, and free gifts must be included.

  • The item must not show any signs of wear, resizing, damage, or alteration.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and security reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Engraved items

  • Resized rings

  • Special order pieces

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and your order number.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

  • The new item must be of equal or higher value.

  • Price differences must be paid before dispatch.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • We recommend using a secure and insured courier service.

  • Brilliant Diamond Jewellery is not responsible for lost return packages.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Due to the nature of fine jewellery and fluctuating gold and diamond market prices, refunds are processed based on the final invoice value paid at the time of purchase.
